Privacy Policy | DBD Cheats Shop
How the DBD Cheats shop at buydbdcheats.com handles analytics, cookies and contact data.
Information we collect
We may collect basic analytics such as page views, device type, browser and approximate region through Google Analytics when it is enabled. Checkout runs on external pages. We do not store payment card data on buydbdcheats.com.
If you email support or open a Discord ticket, we keep the address and message content you send so we can reply about loader delivery, license moves, or order issues. Server logs may retain IP addresses briefly for abuse prevention.
How we use data
Analytics show which guides and product pages people use so we can fix broken links and improve pages. Support tickets keep the email and message you send until the issue is closed.
We do not sell personal contact lists. Aggregate traffic stats may inform which Dead by Daylight guides stay published. Order fulfillment happens on the checkout partner; their notices apply to payment processing.
Cookies
We use basic analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser. The site still works without them.
Theme preference may stay in local storage on your device so dark or light mode persists between visits. That preference is not used for advertising profiles.
Retention and third parties
Analytics retention follows the Google Analytics property settings when GA is enabled. Support emails are removed when the ticket is closed unless law or fraud review requires a longer hold.
Checkout, Discord, and CDN providers process data under their own policies when you leave buydbdcheats.com or load their embeds.
Support
For privacy questions, use the Support page. Purchase and refund rules are in Terms & Conditions.
If you want analytics cookies cleared, use your browser settings or request deletion guidance via support@buydbdcheats.com with the email tied to your order.
